We understand that not all RAC installs can be standardised. You may have more complicated requirements, such as the need for the Partitioning Option or Data Guard and so need the Enterprise Edition of the Oracle database, you may have your own hardware suppliers, or maybe simply have a separate Systems Admin team who won't let you near the SAN/servers!

In these circumstances we are still happy to help! Clearly the further away from our 'tried and tested' configurations you are the more time consuming the install may become, however you will still get the benefit of our experience of dozens of successful RAC installations.
